1. What is your MOQ ?

Usually our MOQ is 10000pcs for small rubber seals if we do not have rubber o rings you need in stock. But there are different MOQ for rubber seal rings with different size. 

2. Can I get sample ?

Sure. We usually provide existing rubber o rings for free. But if customized samples you need,the samples mold will charge by you. 

3.How long is the sample leading time?

For existing samples, it takes about 2 days. They are free. If you need samples of customized o rings, it takes 3-7 days.The delivery time is subject to your drawings. 

4. How long is the production lead time?

It takes about 12 days for MOQ in common.

5. How much is the freight charge?

To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity.For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea.

Introduction of small rubber seals

 An appropriate compressed o shaped (cross section) ring installed in the groove, which is used for sealing oil, water, gas seals use a variety of fluids. It has two usages: stationary and dynamic.

 SmallO-rings can be produced by extrusion, injection molding, pressure molding or transfer molding.

 Orings are available in various metric and inch standard sizes. Sizes are specified by the inside diameter and the cross section diameter (thickness).
